Abstract:
The modern era has brought about numerous challenges to human rights, testing the protections afforded to individuals worldwide. This paper explores the emerging issues in human rights, including digital rights, marginalized communities, climate change, and globalization. It examines the complexities of these challenges and the need for collaborative efforts from governments, international organizations, and civil society to uphold human rights. The digital age has brought about significant changes in the way we live, work, and interact with each other. While technology has opened up new opportunities for human rights promotion and protection, it also poses significant challenges. This paper explores the challenges and opportunities of human rights in the digital age, with a focus on privacy, freedom of expression, and access to information. It argues that human rights in the digital age require a nuanced approach, balancing individual rights with collective interests and societal needs.
